At Louna we want you to be 100% happy with your product, so if you would like to return your item for a store credit or exchange for another item, please note the following:

- A return must be requested no later than 10 calendar days from the shipping date, after which products must be returned within 10 calendar days.

- Products must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered and must have all original labels attached.

- Products must be returned in its original packaging.

- Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip. Products that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a credit or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.

- Combined sets are not eligible for partial exchange or return.

Despite somebody’s lovely intentions does your gift just not fit quite right? Want to find something else to spend your nights in? No problem! We’re happy to exchange your item(s) for another product or a store credit. Email us your order number, post code of where gift was shipped, along with the name of the person the order was originally shipped to. This information can be found on your gift receipt/packing slip.

Bamboo is a remarkably versatile product.

It is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, and once harvested can replenish itself within a year. We get it, we are all busy and when it comes to washing, the sooner its done the better. HOWEVER, bamboo is not your everyday fabric, and while relatively low maintenance, bamboo fabrics best
maintain their unique attributes when well cared for.

For best results, wash your loungewear in cold to warm water (up to 40 degrees Celsius) on a gentle cycle with a gentle detergent. We recommend avoiding using bleach (including bleach within your detergent) as some bleaches contain chlorine which can cause materials to yellow.

Drying on your clothes line or on a clothes horse in the shade (not direct sunlight as this may cause colours to fade) is recommended however if you do need to machine dry, it is best to use a gentle cycle on the cool setting and until partially dry.

For extra protection, you can also place your Louna in a garment bag when washing.
