Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once processed (usually around 1 business day), you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

If you have an enquiry about the whereabouts of your order you will be able to track that status via our delivery partner Sendle. Once it has left the warehouse, unfortunately Louna cannot provide any additional information about the whereabouts of a parcel, but should any delays occur to your delivery please contact us and we will assist you where possible.

In the case you need to return any items, unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. For any other international countries please contact us at hello@lounaloungewear.com.au and we will be happy to organise shipping to your preferred country.

International customers are able to browse the webite and check-out in AUS $. Please note that the responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.
