Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love your loungewear items but in the unfortunate event that they weren’t quite right, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at Louna Loungewear;

If you change your mind, your item is faulty, unsuitable or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund for exchange within 10 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is unworn with original tags and in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, only the purchase price.

We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been used, modified, marked or damaged in any way past purchase. Any item offered as a gift with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note, items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind/incorrect choice.

Wrong item

If we have mistakingly sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@lounaloungewear.com.au quoting your order number name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you immediately and advise how to proceed and to apologise for any inconvenience.

Louna Loungewear will cover all postage costs on wrong items.
